Anatomical Movement

Biomechanical Stretching
Biomechanical Stretching is an organic active stretching technique that helps to develop strong and flexible muscles, but also space on your joints. By awakaning a more precise anatomical awareness and focusing the work of facia in an eccentric way (energy going out), we achieve faster and safer results, no maters if you are a complete begginer or a professional dancer or athlete.
Biomechancal stretching is for everyone!
Workshops
Personalised
workshops
During 2025 we are going to run a few face to face workshops in the Inner West (Sydney).
We create workshops for schools, dance, yoga, acobatics or sport groups who are interested on the methodology.
Sessions 1:1 are also available.
Check our variety of Workshops

The HIPS and the Splits
A session designes to help with your HIP'S health and working towards the front splits. We will be working on resetting the breathing and the Hip Flexors. Muscles we focus on are:
*Diaphragm
*Transverse Abdominal
*Psoas and QL
Back bends and the core strength
The core on the back bends. We will focus again on the dynamic of the Hips and the Core, in order to find a healthy backbend .
Muscles we will focus on:
*QL and Psoas
*Transverse abdominal
*Multifidus

Core and Hips- The turn out spiral
Finding the turn out from your hips and not your knees. We activate our imaginary spirals throughout the limbs combining it with the eccentric force. This will allow us to rotate from the socket-ball joint in the hip, and create space there too, to prevent hip injuries, and knee injuries.
Muscles/bones we will focus on:
*Bicep femoral
*Transverse abdominal + Diaphragm
*Seat bones
Feet orientated workshop
In this workshop we will focus on the other beginning of our leg spiral, starting from the foot. We will find the correct foot posture by focusing on the rotation that starts on the peroneus/soleo muscle going up to the hips though Bicep femoral.
Muscles we will focus on:
*Peroneo and Soleo
*bicep femoral
*TRA + D

The arms and the Balance
Not just as a circus mimic of the equilibrist posture, the arms and the arm line muscles are great stabilisers of the whole body at the time of finding balance. Finding those little connections to make your moves flowy and controled and learning how to use your arms in an efficient way, preventing any injuries.
Muscles we will focus on:
*Multifidus
*Serratus posterior inferior
Back Bends and the ARM: projecting in space
As a continuation from the last workshop, we will go in deep on the relationship in between the arm line and your back bends. Undoing blockages and using the eccintric forces to help our spine projecting and "bending" a bit more.
Muscles we will focus on:
*TRA
*Psoas
*Diaphragm
*Supraspinatus
