Anatomical Movement

Classes
What is your teaching style?
I teach a variety of Pilates classes, with a Biomechanical and organic approach, where the goal is to restore-reset-realign.
How much does it cost? Can I afford a long term treatment?
I understand that refined and specialised training is sometimes not affordable for everyone, specially if you have a chronic illness. I have created different options for people to be able to train and improve their health.
How often should I be having sessions?
Everyone and every body is different. I understand that some people might need a lot of 1:1 sessions, some might be able to have an introduction to movement in 1:1 sessions and then just periodicals follow ups.
